Skookum Buck has moved to North Central Idaho !!! Buck is a foundation stallion that has lots of quality curly foals on the ground. He stood at stud for a number of years at Short Stop Curlies in Southern Idaho. Buck has excellant conformation, a super personality and is broke to ride. Colonel Austin and Yellow Jacket are both in his pedigree, both of those horses are out of Damele mares. Buck is dun in color, with a dorsal stripe and unique leg barring, he will produce a variety of colors, from grullo to shades of dun. We feel that Buck is one of the best put together curly stallions in the whole industry. He has a short stout back, super leg bone, a long full double curly mane, a full curly tail, and plenty of height. Buck will get riding time here on the ranch and we hope to parade him some too- yes he has that much personality.
You can purchase one of Buck's foal in 2002 , he will be bred with all our mares.
